RNA-sequencing Library Preparation 

RNA-sequencing is a powerful tool for comprehensive exploration of drug response and mechanism of action, allowing interrogation of gene expression across the whole transcriptome. Whether unravelling disease, pinpointing novel therapeutic targets, dose optimisations, or deciphering drug resistance mechanisms, RNA-sequencing results in a systematic quantitative approach to interrogate the whole transcriptome. Our team of scientists have extensive experience in generated high quality libraries for RNA-sequencing.

Spatial Transcriptomics

Spatial Transcriptomics enables the examination of whole genome changes at a single-cell resolution, incorporating tissue location, transcriptional dynamics between cells, and visualization of gene expression patterns of cells in their native architecture. 

Particularly potent in spatially organised tissues such as the brain, spatial transcriptomics inform Neuroscience biomarker discovery, aiding in the identification of drug targets and distribution within specific regions of interest. 

Whereas in Immuno-oncology & Oncology, spatial transcriptomics permits the investigation of  distinct tumour compartments including malignant, non-malignant, stroma and immune cells within the highly complex heterogeneous microenvironment. Whether using 10x Genomics Visium® or NanoString GeoMx® in collaboration with University of Edinburgh, our spatial transcriptomics services serve as a powerful tool for drug discovery or biomarker expression.
