Transcriptomics

Gain a deeper understanding of disease mechanisms, therapeutic targets, and drug resistance with our tailored transcriptomics solutions

Our transcriptomics services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of drug discovery and research initiatives. Whether you’re delving into the development of a disease, identifying novel therapeutic targets, optimizing drug development strategies, or unravelling mechanisms of drug resistance, transcriptomics offers a systematic and quantitative approach to explore the entire genomic landscape.

RNA-sequencing library preparation

RNA-sequencing enables comprehensive analysis of gene expression across the transcriptome, helping uncover disease mechanisms, therapeutic targets, and drug resistance. Our team creates high-quality RNA-seq libraries, ensuring reliable data for robust downstream analysis.

Single-cell assays

Single-cell technologies provide unprecedented resolution to study cellular heterogeneity, gene expression patterns, and drug responses at the individual cell level. Key applications include:

  • Target identification through detailed cell subtype resolution
  • Understanding biomarker expression heterogeneity
  • Characterizing drug responses and mechanisms across cell types
  • Selecting and validating preclinical disease models

Utilizing our 10x Genomics Chromium Controller™ we can offer a diverse range of single-cell based assays including Gene Expression, Immune Profiling, and ATAC-Seq. Backed by extensive experience in processing samples for single-cell and single-nuclei analysis, our team can assist you in identifying the most appropriate assay for your research objectives.

ATAC-seq

ATAC-seq (Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin using sequencing) is a technique used in molecular biology to assess genome-wide chromatin accessibility.

CITE-Seq

CITE-Seq (Cellular Indexing of Transcriptomes and Epitopes by Sequencing) is a method for performing RNA sequencing along whilst gaining quantitative and qualitative information on surface proteins utilizing available antibodies on a single cell level. As such, it provides an additional layer of information for the same cell by combining both proteomics and transcriptomics data. For phenotyping, this method has been shown to be as accurate as flow cytometry (as the gold standard).

Spatial transcriptomics

partial transcriptomics bridges the gap between genomic insights and tissue architecture, revealing transcriptional dynamics and spatial gene expression patterns. This technology is invaluable for:

  • Neuroscience biomarker discovery and mapping drug targets to regions of interest
  • Immuno-oncology and oncology, enabling compartment-specific tumor analysis in complex microenvironments.

Using advanced platforms like 10x Genomics Visium® and NanoString GeoMx®, our spatial transcriptomics services deliver high-resolution, actionable insights for biomarker discovery and drug development.
